SX3 Web Client V1.0, allows home owner to check case progress online.

SX3 Loan Modification Software has released its optional plug in SX3 Web Client V1.0; this new application allows home owners doing a loan modification to check the status and progress of their cases online.

With SX3 Web Component, loan modification companies can now offer their loan modification customers (home owners) a way to go to loan modification company’s website and securely login to check the progress of their case. It is very simple and can be installed and setup in less than 5 minutes.

This web component is 100% compatible with SX3 Loan Modification Software, it only requires to setup a user name and password per customer and they will be able to log in. This new application can dramatically decrease the number of incoming calls from clients for update which translates into savings.
