SX3 Version 2.0 / Direct Scanning:
Every time one of your Clients call for an case update you need to rush to the files and look for his/her folder; that without mentioning the times you probably had to call a Client to bring you a document again because its copy got lost or damaged.
With SX3 Direct Scanning you receive the documents from your Clients and you scan them directly into a categorized database with a simple mouse click. From there you can email the docs to the Financial Institution and SX3 will add a header with the Client’s Name, Address and Mortgage (Account) number.
