New Financial Module on SX3 Loan Modification Software have implemented the HAM, Home Affordable Modification Program, the following screen is fully functional:

  • The module prequalifies the Customer.
  • Suggests adjustments to Income to reach specified DTI (Per Lender).
  • Shows a graphic (easy to read) bar of the Pre-Qualification.
  • Pre-Qualifies the Customer using either the First or Second SCENARIO.
  • The user can temporarily change the Front and Back End DTIs to generate possible negotiation schemas.
