Q: I have a server and multiple stations, how many licenses do I need to purchase?
A: ONLY ONE! SX3 is network ready and we offer an array of licenses for multiple users to cover all your needs:
SX3 v2.0 1 to 10 users.- SX3 v2.0 1 to 20 users.
- SX3 v2.0 1 to 30 users.
- SX3 v2.0 1 to 50 users.
- SX3 v2.0 1 to 100 users.
All the levels offer the same features and functionality, the only difference is the total number of users allowed.
Q: How much do I have to pay per month per user?
A: NOTHING! When you purchase SX3 Loan Modification Software YOU OWN IT, it is your license and you do not have to pay monthly or yearly fees to use it!
Q: How much does technical support cost per month?
A: NOTHING! Our technical support is completely FREE for our Customers, you do not have to pay for technical support; we offer a staff of well trained technical support professionals that will answer your questions about the usage of your SX3 license.
Q: Is SX3 Loan Modification software compatible with Windows Vista?
A: YES! it is compatible with Windows Vista and XP, check the System Requirements for details.
Q: How fast can I have my license installed?
A: The same day your payment is received! Our users also count with two complete support websites:
- Training site: this website contains a complete menu of video-tutorials that will teach you from how to setup the program, customize your documentation, create users to leads input, case processing, negotiation and more. You can watch these videos over and over to re-train new employees.
- Users manual site: this is SX3’s written user’s manual with detailed information about how to use the software
Q: Can my Customers (Homeowners) check the status of their cases online?
A: YES! If you purchase SX3 Web Component you can grant access to your Customers to YOUR OWN website. You Customers will be able to go to your website e.g. www.xyzloanmods.com/login and enter the user name and password, then they will see a page containing information about their case, the negotiation notes YOU decide to publish and the status of the case.
Each of your Customers gets assigned a user name and password (that you can change) that allows them to log in.
Q: Can the users access the program from my remote offices, can the program be hosted on a remote server?
A: YES! It is very easy, you have several options to allow access to remote users keeping your data secure.
- Remote server hosting: SX3 can be hosted on a remote server (e.g. godaddy.com, gatorhost.com). This will allow the users to access the program via internet from offices located in different cities.
- Local server with remote access: on your own local server you can also setup a software like Windows Terminal Services (widely used on network environments) and allow remote users access into the SX3 via the internet. The remote access software is not included with your license of SX3 Software.
- VPN connection: you can establish a VPN path to the data folder on the server, this will allow internet based access to the software. This option is only recommended if your internet connection is stable and very fast. This should be your last option.

Q: What are the main advantages that make SX3 the best option?

Security: we not only offer many levels of security “per user” where you can specify access to information, modules and functions of the program but we also offer a physical software key that allows you to LOCK your software when you need to.
With the SX3 USB dongle key you can decide whether the program can be accessed or not; if you unplug the key the software won’t open. In the event that your data gets stolen our proprietary technology will protect you and your Customers, the program won’t be accessible unless the physical dongle key is connected to the computer where the database is installed (digital authentication is also available for remote hosted servers). Scalability: SX3 was designed by professionals with years of experience and tested with a demo database of more than 10 million cases. Our relational database was designed in such a way that it can be expanded to accommodate the most rigorous environments with high loads of concurrent transactions.
You own your software: when you purchase SX3, YOU OWN IT; you do not have do monthly or yearly payments, the software is yours.
Q: Can I predefine my own process pipeline and milestones?
A:YES! With SX3 you can specify your own statuses per case, for example:
- Lead: Just received - Review.
- Lead: Documentation completed - Transfer to Cases.
- Lead: Rejected - Does not Pre-Qualify.
- Case: Just received - Review.
- Case: Forensic Audit requested.
- Case: Complete - Send Modification Proposal to Lender.
- Case: Complete - Waiting Lender’s decision.
- Case: Complete - Approved.
- Case: Complete - Rejected.
- Archive: Approved.
- Archive: Rejected.
This list is open and you can add, edit or delete statuses as desired. You can also specify the milestones per status, for example:
- Case: Forensic Audit requested. Send mortgage information.
- Confirm that auditing company received package.
- Verify results - Enter result in case.
Q: Can I use SX3 without a scanner?
A: Yes! You can easily import PDF files into the program and associate them to each required document per case. For example: You can import a PDF file with all the Borrower’s paystubs and associate the file to the “Borrower’s last nn months of paystubs”.
You can import a PDF file with the taxes and associate it to the “Borrower’s or Co-Borrower’s Tax Return”.
Important: if you use a scanner you can also scan documents into the program as PDFs or GIF files.
Q: Can I use SX3 with a scanner connected to my network?
A: Yes! Network scanners can be easily configured to save the scanned documents as PDFs files, and you can easily import these files into the program and associate them to each required document per case. You can specify different target folders, as detailed as one individual folder per user to identify the document owner on large network environments.
